Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PPPP.dev. These terms govern your access to and use of pppp.dev.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PPPP.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
PPPP.dev is a multi-platform content publishing tool that allows users to compose, schedule, and publish posts to connected social media accounts. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.
3. User accounts
You must create an account to use PPPP.dev. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PPPP.dev to publish spam, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content; to impersonate others; to violate the terms of service of any connected platform; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscription and billing
PPPP is offered on monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact contact@pppp.dev within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
6. Intellectual property
Content you publish via PPPP.dev remains yours. We claim no ownership over your posts or creative work. The PPPP.dev software, design, and branding are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Third-party platforms
PPPP integrates with third-party platforms (X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs or policies that affect the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPPP.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to the service
We may modify or discontinue features of PPPP.dev at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
